Who is Promote Her?
We offer leadership and organisational development services, including change management, team building, workplace culture enhancement, and talent development. We work with small to medium businesses and founders to build inclusive, productive, and happy workplaces. Our approach is grounded in intersectional feminism, focusing on making the workplace more human and equitable for all.
